Our philosophy
Every faced reality has been loved, transformed, enriched and returned as an oasis of joy and serenity to share. In this way they gave an intense answer to the wish of participating in making the world pleasant, to enjoy with many many people. They have satisfied their big thirst of donation, reflecting themselves in the happiness of their guests, friends and acquaintances.
This is in memory of who, in 1989 got and renovated the Castello di Clanezzo. We have inherited this deep passion, love and devotion to work and to this magic place.
For twenty years the management of the family Rota is devoted to guarantee a quality hospitality. This is expressed in a careful consideration of the guest’s requirement and in the search of the more suitable offer. From the menu layout, to the choice of the table setting, to the details which marks any reception: the floral decorations, the music accompaniment or the evening entertainment.
In our approach to the restoration a basic role is held by the choice of the raw materials, the most of which is worked internally. The ice-creams, the parfaits, the sorbets, the puff-pastries, the pastries, the fresh pasta and the filled-pasta are all manufactured in our kitchen.
